Nikki (she/her) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. She has a Master of Counselling from City University, a Bachelor of Education from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Victoria.
Nikki is passionate about working with individuals, both youth and adults, and specializes in chronic pain management, as well as coping with low mood and depression, anxiety and panic, and family and relationship issues.
At her core, Nikki values human connection, and this comes through in her work with clients of all ages. Nikki uses a client-centered and trauma-informed approach, with a focus on forming an authentic, trusting relationship. She draws from various modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family Systems, among others. Above all, Nikki strives to create a safe space for clients to be vulnerable, exploratory and whole-heartedly themselves.
With experience as an elementary school teacher and yoga teacher, in addition to being a counsellor, Nikki understands the unique qualities that each and every one of her clients possess, and she is committed to providing a welcoming space that both accepts and celebrates everyone’s differences.

Madeline (she/her) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. She has a Master of Counselling from City University and a BA in Psychology and Criminology from Western University.
Madeline nurtures warm, open, and collaborative relationships with clients, bringing a trauma-informed, feminist and anti-oppressive lens to counselling. She welcomes all clients and is particularly passionate about supporting individuals and couples who are navigating relationship/family issues, life transitions, anxiety and depression, trauma, and identity development. She shapes her approach around each person’s unique needs, circumstances, and intentions, drawing from attachment theory, acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy, and emotion-focused therapy.

Anya (she/her) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. She has a Master of Counselling from City University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Guelph.
Anya believes that each individual holds deep wisdom and has the capacity to heal from past and current experiences. With that, Anya works to foster a collaborative, authentic space with clients to move toward a more grounded and integrated version of being. Anya draws on a lens of intersectionality, trauma-informed, and feminism while using modalities of narrative therapy, internal family systems, and attachment theory.
Anya works with teens (16+), adults, and couples. Further, Anya is passionate about working with individuals coming forth with topics of pregnancy, pregnancy loss, and parenthood.
Anya holds deeply to the belief that therapy should be approachable, and the client is the expert in their own life story. My intention is to meet you on your journey and respect your pace while inviting you to explore your experiences, thoughts and feelings.

Kelsey (she/her/hers) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. She has a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Adler University and has over 10 years of experience in the field of mental health. Kelsey has extensive experience working with adults (18-40) as they navigate the difficult transitions that arise in early adulthood. She specializes in helping her clients to understand and manage stress, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, burnout, perfectionism, people pleasing and feelings of uncertainty about relationships, school, career, and identity. Kelsey helps her clients to engage in self-exploration to develop a better relationship with themselves and others, as well as learn to set boundaries, prioritize their own needs, improve work/life balance, and foster the skills to be more present and increase time spent on things that truly bring about happiness and fulfillment.
Kelsey is a client centered counsellor at heart and tailors her method to meet the unique needs of each client she works with.
